About the Iowa Pinball Club, League and Tournaments

Home gameroom parties in Iowa!

Welcome to the home of Iowa's Pinball Machine Players Club, League and Tournaments. We are a free club designed to fit the needs of both amateur and professional pinball playing enthusiasts in and around Iowa. Members get together to play on weekends at bars, homes, arcades, any place we can find a property working game. We offer several benefits to our club members! We are a great local resource/support system for arcade game maintenance and playing tips. Playfield touchups and repair tips. Eprom and chip replacement. General solenoid and grounding guidelines. Including Bally, Williams, Stern, Data East, Sega, Gottlieb, Premier and other pinball machine manufacturers. Members can help each other diagnose machine issues and of course enjoy the game once it's fixed.

Free Game Leads. Buying Arcade Equipment:

Once a member, you are able to instantly receive free leads to local pinball machines and arcade games that online users would like to sell to our group. A potential seller simply fills out our easy to use online form. Once submitted, ALL members receive an e-mail simultaneously (No one receives priority).

The owner of the arcade game being sold gets multiple offers from interested buyers (our club members)! The owner receives a better price from hobbyists than other places online or off! Plus we both move/pickup and pay in cash for your pinball machine, video arcade, skeeball, pool table, skill stop, big-ball-bowler, etc! We all win! The game is playable by fellow members!

Game Talk, Easy Communication:

We have established a simple way to contact all of the Iowa Pinball Club Members. This makes it easy for impromptu pinball parties at local bars, arcades, or homes. Plus it's also a great way to give advanced notice of a pinball party hosted at your own home or venue (Corporations Welcome)!

A Picture is worth a Thousand Words:

Coming Soon: Easy computer or mobile phone upload of pinball or arcade game related pictures to our site (+ flickr). Simply snap a photo on a digital camera or cell phone and post it on our website to share with the world. Brag with picture of yourself on location with your high score or from inside your mancave/gameroom. Stumble over a pinball machine on location? Share it with the entire group!

The Iowa Pinball Club is a proud member of the I.F.P.A. (International Flipper Pinball Association). They have established the first official ranking system of pinball players through out the world. The ranking system is called, World Pinball Players Ranking or W.P.P.R. The good news for our professional pinball players is that the IFPA endorsed tournaments hosted by Iowa Pinball Club gives players a chance to increase there WPPR ranking and qualify for the next major IFPA tournament.

The Iowa Pinball Club offers easy to join pickup get togethers or weekend bar hopping of friendly, low stress, pinball playing fun! Host your own party at your home or even a local venue! For home get togethers, ask for a dish to pass. Be aggressive, get active, and enjoy being social with like minded pinball machine playing fans! Our goal is to keep pinball alive and entertaining! This is a great social environment of fellow arcade enthusiasts in Iowa. No game room is too small! After all, 4 people can play one pin!
